Mine stopped spinning after only 12 months and you have to replace the entire floor nozzle unit (the main part of the vacuum that holds both brushes) It is not covered by the warranty and costs about $100 w/shipping.

Used in Airbnb home on multiple surfaces-hardwood floors, stone, thin rugs, thick rugs. Pleased with this type roller, especially to get up long hair which was a problem with other vacuums!
