iS is this safe to use on delicate rugs? null

It has an area rug setting that seems to do well with our rugs. One of our rugs is a pricier synthetic rug. The beater brush is gentler than what you see on a more traditional vacuum. Instead of bristles, they are foam fins.

I’m not quite sure about delicate rugs. I use mine on my rugs. It has no brush system so it should be fine.
