The Shark AZ2002 Vertex does not include PowerDetect™ technology, which is the feature that automatically senses and boosts suction near walls, corners, and edges. Instead, the AZ2002 relies on its DuoClean PowerFins and Powered Lift-Away system for deep cleaning and flexibility. While it performs well along edges and corners thanks to its strong suction and swivel head, it doesn’t have the Edge Detect™ or Intelli-Sense sensors found in newer Shark models like the AZ4002 PowerDetect
