• It does reach ceilings/smoke alarms. The lift away feature pretty much let’s you vacuum anywhere.

• We would like to let yoiu know that with the hose and extension wand you would be able to reachup to get those spiderwebs and clean the dust and dirt off the smoke detectores. This unit has a self-cleaning brushroll that the NV752 doesn't have.
