QuestionCan you replace the battery in this vacuum?

- Answer Yes. See the two flat notches right before the edge of the handle? There’s a seam there with a notch on both sides. It’s like a cap. If you take a wide, flat head screwdriver, stick it in the notch and twist it will lift the the cap. That cap on the end of the handle is attached to the lithium battery. The whole thing slides out battery attached. No screws or hardware to remove it. Just order a replacement and pop it right in.

QuestionWandvac only runs for 10 sec and shuts off. Have to keep turning on every 10 sec.

- Answer It’s the battery. Mine started this but after almost 4 years of daily use. I looked and for like $40-$45 the battery can be replaced. Expensive battery but if you’ve had one for years and it’s still in good shape other than this happening. It’s still like half the price of buying a new one to just replace the battery.
