• We would like to let you know that if you want to use to clean up a mess on your floor with this hand held you would need to bend down to do so.

• Yes you need to kneel or bend down to use the vacuum for the floor; the vacuum is designed to be hand held.

• It is not quite 17” long, about 22” with the crevice attachment. So unless you’re very petite, you’d need to bend over to vacuum carpet.
