Unfortunately Best Buy does not sell replacement filters for this vacuum. Shark does state on the box that the vacuum requires no maintence. the spongy white filter is washable. If you damaged the filter you’d have to call shark and order one. Or at least they can lead you to a retail that has them. But as mentioned before, those filters aren’t meant to ever be replaced. They are reusable you can wash them in your sink. Call shark or file a warranty claim through Best Buy if the filter is damaged.
