I just set this tv up tonight. Everything is fine as expected, BUT I cannot seem to get a full screen picture when using our cable channels. On NORMAL mode, there is alot of black border all around picture. ZOOM fills the screen, but cant read the guide. null

You need an HD cable box that connects to the TV HDMI port. If you're connecting to the coaxial input you won't get full screen unless you set the picture to zoom.
