Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Your 30gb ipod classic will play on this system. It plugs into the top without the usb cable. There is a protruding metal connector on top of the system, you push your ipod onto this. Your other question with the RCA jacks will not work on this system. Besides the speaker hook ups there is a video output and an antenna output, nothing else.
