“I use my Sharp CD-BH950 in my store. I am having trouble with other nearby stores accessing my system through bluetooth on their smartphones. No pairing is involved, it's automatic. How can I disable the bluetooth or permanently remove it?”

Hello, we are very sorry to hear of this inconvenience. Unfortunately there is not a way to permanently remove this feature however it can be cancelled by pressing the Eco button on the Sharp remote control for the unit.
