You probably had a short circut , or your device was struck by lightning... Milly. Every time I go and buy a product at Best Buy, I usually add a insurance policy to the purchase. It cost about twenty to thirty dollars more, but it is well worth it. In case the product is damage or doesn't work... hello to a brand new product for FREE!!!
