I don't see why you shouldn't be able to bring it back to the store and ask them to see what the problem is unless it being an open box you don't have the same benefits that is let's say a brand new one but you shouldn't have at least a 30 day bring it back to the store and see if they don't take a look at it for you I know my store Best Buy they're pretty much really nice when it comes to that that's why I go there go there with you sound system and with your receipt and see what they do or at least call them
