Is this TV considered an HDR television? null

It's HDTV which isn't HDR. You may already know that HDR stands for High Dynamic Range. Not many titles available in HDR atm and limited availability of equipment that will play HDR titles (Google it). This is great a TV and 1080p/60fps PC gaming monitor. Had I seen how good this product was before I purchased, I would likely have expected to pay twice as much. Check out my review.
