“Just plugged it in and trying to set up and when I hit ok button on language option it just beeps and continues if I hit up or down arrow. Tried unplugging and still does it. Is it broke?”

• I had the same issue. The remote is bad and is a known issue. Just call the support number and they will send a new replacement.
