Yes. I have done it. You need an internet provider. An otc basic antenna about 15-45 dollars. Only 2 options on TYPE one enhances signal strength one does not. More power ISNOT better It depends on how close you are to a cell antenna. I paid 15 in Lake mary. Plugged in coax to tv and antenna power. Within 15 minutes I had 74 HD Free channels including local and some surprising one's. Now for streaming you will need a wifi service but if you have a computer you already have that. Do research. Not a plug, but YouTube tv does have a monthly fee like all streaming services but includes Local and cloud storage. I cut the cord have six devices and went to about 1/4 of what I was paying. It's like À la carte TV.
