A:AnswerThe remote wasn't working with the TV we purchased either. After talking with the support line, we decided that since it was in the 14 day return, we just exchanged it for a new TV. We haven't had any trouble with the next TV.
Best buy said it is marked as having trouble with the remote and you can have a new one shipped to you for free. The support line said if it was beyond the 14 days from purchase they would mail a replacement remote for free as well.
