I would have to say no. Not as it arrives anyways. There does not appear to be a browser installed, and the remote has so few buttons that you would have to use an onscreen keyboard, which would be terribly slow and inconvenient. If browsing on your TV is important, you can buy a device that allows that, which will come with a keyboard. I purchased one for my mother a couple of years ago. I cannot recall the names of these units, but I'm sure you can Google them.
