Could be that your router's security is set too high or it's an older model. I suggest setting the IP address on the TV to static and see if that helps with your connection.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The simplest answer would be that there is a conflict with your ISP information and your WPS information not inputted correctly. Review the password for your internet and insure that it is entered exactly. I had to input mine three times and it was finger error hitting the wrong keys. If you have entered it correctly, my next suggestion would be to hardwire from your router to the tv and see what happens. Finally if that does not work, contact your ISP and discuss the concern with them......which means long waits on your phone for tech support. All else fails return to store and have geek squad review the tv for internal issues that could mean a replacement tv
