• Hello, for you to access the Roku features such as apps and streaming services, you would have to first activate the free Roku account. You are able to connect external devices such as a cable box, antenna, dvd etc, without setting up your Roku account.

• Yes , once u connect to wifi does not advance until u do so very problematic for people wanting to browse netflix or any other app....
