YOU DO HAVE A WARRANTY OF AT LEAST ONE YEAR ON A NEW PRODUCT YOU BUY. I WOULD TAKE IT BACK TO BEST BUY AND ASK TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER OF THE TECH TEAM AND EXPLAIN WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE TV. THERE SHOULD BE NO CHARGE FOR THIS AT ALL.. IF THEY CANNOT FIGURE IT OUT THEN I WOULD ASK FOR A NEW REPLACEMENT TV. THE SECOND PROBLEM YOU MAY BE HAVING IS THAT YOU CAN NO LONGER USE AN ANTENNA ANYMORE. THE CABLE COMPANIES MADE SURE OF THAT! THEY WANT TO HAVE YOU RENT A CABLE BOX OR YOU MAY NOT GET ALOT OF THE CHANNELS YOU NOW WATCH. IF YOU DO HAVE THE CABLE COMPANY COME OUT ASK FOR THE MOST EXPERIENCED CABLE GUY AND HE CAN PROBABLY PROGRAM YOUR TV FOR YOU. I HAD THAT DONE FOR ME THE LAST TIME THE CABLE BOX WAS INSTALLED. MAKE SURE YOU ASK FOR THE MOST EXPERIENCED TECH TO COME OUT TO YOUR HOUSE. ALOT OF TIMES THEY SUBCONTRACT THE JOB OUT TO INEXPERIENCED WORKERS WHO DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING. MAKE SURE YOU TELL THEM YOU DO NOT WANT A SUBCONTRACTOR COMING OUT, YOU WANT THEIR COMPANY TECH TO COME TO YOUR HOUSE. HOPE THIS HELPS!
