Cannot help you. I am on my third one of these. Two in repair and one still in box. My problem was it kept opening at any time. That was one and the 2nd one just stopped working after it ate the discs. Not a very reliable product. Why buy another one?? Good question that I have no answer for. When they work they are great but they don't work long enough and the geeks don't have the solutions to the problem as far as I know. My advise, return it and ask for a refund. RLB
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had that problem but have had others such as strange noises coming from the machine when attempting to change discs. Also, machine does not seem to change discs as expected when using remote. I'm only keeping it because it does work at a basic level and there aren't many alternatives with multi disc function out there.
