“Just purchase this system and want to hook up my tv. The tv only has optical audio is there an adapter to go from optical cable to pin connecter audio input on the front of the changer, if so what is the size of the pin on the connector?”

Hello, you are able to connect an external device to the (audio in) 3.5 mini jack aux port at the front of the unit. When this is done the sound will output through the speakers of this unit. This unit does not support an optical connection.
