“I am trying to start up my new XL-BH250 fresh from the box. I have lights etc. but no sound on any function . What am I doing wrong?”

• All I can think of is check your wire connections at speakers and the receiver. I guess I got lucky when I got my unit, it all worked. Good luck.

• Hello John, you will need to connect the speakers to the unit correctly ( positive to positive and negative to negative), then you may tune a station or play a CD. If the issue remains, contact us at [email protected] and refer to the case number 9498759. Be sure to include the issue, your contact information and the model and serial.
