Can I hook up my turntable to stero null

Hello, you may connect an external device/turntable to the (audio in) 3.5 mini jack aux port at the front of the unit. When this is done the sound will output through the speakers of this unit. If further assistance is needed you may email us at onlinesupport@sharpsec.com.

I've reviewed the paperwork that accompanied the stereo system and I don't see anything about an option to hook up a turntable. But I'd like to suggest perhaps contacting Sharp directly (via phone or e-mail) and ask them specifically. I'm not the most tech savvy individual so there is a possibility they will be able to better address this.
