• Hello, we apologize for the inconvenience. This will happen if the unit is not locating any channel. It is suggested that you place the unit close to a window or connect an external antenna. We only have a suggestion for a FM external antenna. The description of this external antenna is 75 coaxial ohms antenna, this can be purchased from any electronics store.
