“I purchased this cyber Monday and it’s been happening more often, it just freezes and then turns off by itself..timer is not on. I’m about to return it because of that problem. Any idea as to why that happens?”

• I would return it if I were you. I never had that issue with mine. It should not be freezing up like that.
