“I just took this tv out of the box, the remote is stuck constantly on the up position, and it's transmitting up continuously. I can't get past the "Let's get started" screen. Please help. Thank you.”

• Step 1: Take the batteries out of the remote. Step 2: Throw the TV and remote in the garbage
