“I am plugging up my Xbox one as the manual states and I can't get a picture. I have tried all HDMI ports. Plus, I called sharp customer service and they could not help. Does anyone have any suggestions.”

• Try Going into settings and turning the HDMI ports on. When you first set up the tv, it asks what inputs you want to use and enables them. I had to do a factory reset to get back to the right screen to get it working.
