How do I switch to 50Hz on Xbox for hdr gameplay null

You don't need to worry about the 50Hz unless you are out of United States because we use 60hz and the 50hz is mostly for other countries.

The refresh rate is 60 hz, but this TV does work with Xbox for hdr gaming.
