A:Answer I have a 2018 TCL; most likely the same model as TCL is the ROKU affiliated manufacturer although the Sharp is a little better unit; that said; if it is the same; it auto-updates T the driver and firmware has needed as it has done for the 6-7 years I've used Roku for my primary streaming device; I have no experience with the voice-activated models, however and not sure what you are referring do as I've never have called product support just used with FAQ support and Google to settle any electronic related questions I've had on any product. This stuff is pretty inductive, at least for me. This Sharp model has exactly the same specs listed by Best Buy as the TCL model; of course, they are not the complete mfg. spec sheet.
