“Why does this model of my tv (1.5yrs old) now keep turning off randomly by itself and when it does, the red light stays on!? Then when I power it back on, the red light blinks 10x, powers on and again unpredictably turns off the tv again!”

My tv does the same thing. It's also 1.5 years old. Pretty disappointed that this would happen with tv in a year and a half. I'll never buy a sharp tv again. Sounds like alot of people are having the same issue. Hopefully there will be a recall.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.My TV is the model LC-60P6070U and it does the same thing but the truly weird part is my son can play the XBOX 1 all day long with any issues but I try to watch tv(dishnetwork) then it will do exactly what you are describing.
