“I have Apple tv 4th Gen which is NOT a 4K device. I just bought this tv which replaced my old HDTV. I do not see any difference in picture quality (from my old tv as compared with this Sharp 4K tv). Is this because of the fact my apple tv is not 4K?”

• This TV doesn't upscale so to notice a difference in picture quality you would need to upgrade your apple TV to 4k. I upgraded my Netflix to 4k and I can see a huge difference in the movies.

• Yes. You can't get 4k resolution from devices that don't output 4k. So of course, the quality will be the same as your old tv - unless you get a device that outputs in 4k.
