Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.i would start by simple trouble shooting. Make sure the tv is plugged in at both the wall outlet and the back of the set. I would then try replacing the batteries in the remote. Still not working? I would try plugging something else like a lamp or radio into the outlet your useing for the tv and making sure that outlet has power. Hope these tricks help and if not consult your owners manual .
