1. It is DNLA capable, so yes 2. Apps are embedded in the TV. You can't go to the web to download more. 3. No flash

Hello Wrenwren8! The LC70TQ15U supports DLNA ( Digital Living Network Alliance ) which would allow the sharing of files from a computer over the network, but would require a server such as Windows Media Player, or Serviio.
