Hi Megan, we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you. Please unplug the microwave from the outlet for 30 seconds then re-plug. After doing this please perform the below to operate the unit in seconds: 1. Press "Time Cook' once, the display will show "00:00" 2. Enter the desired amount of seconds 3.
