Hello, in order to enter your own desired time and set the power level you will first need to press the "time cook" pad then press the number pad to input the cooking time needed; the maximum cooking time is 99 minutes and 99 seconds, press the "power" button and use the number keys to adjust the power level, press the "start/+30 sec" to start cooking.
