How can I set the time that the 2 dots stop blinking. null

Hello Densy, unfortunately you are not able to disable the blinking of the colon as this is a normal feature of the clock display.

My son set the time, so I can't help you except to say that he did it in well under a minute. Check the instructions, as he did, and follow them explicitly.
