“I have a R-930cs 4/2010 model and a power surge apparently made it inoperable. My opening is in a cabinet and I had a trim kit. I need one that will be a close fit to existing hole that a trim kit will fit also. What is the best one to replace it.”

Hello David, the SMC1585BS is a direct replacement and the only countertop convection microwave we have to date. The model is available in white, black, and stainless steel. The product dimensions are 24 5/8" W x 14 7/8" H x 19" D, the output power wattage is 900 and the capacity is 1.5. As it relates to the trim kits, these are designed for each unit specifically, so there is no guarantee that you will be able to use a new unit with your existing trim kit. We recommend using the trim kit that was designed specifically for each unit.
