“Try to buy this one to replace R-551ZS which has a problem of shutting down after heating for 2+ minutes. Then I had to wait for 10+ minutes before it turned on automatically. The old one did not last long. Will this new model have the same problem?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.We had the same issue. Well almost. If we cooked for 5 plus mins then it would shut down and we would have to wait til it cooled down. It broke down one day. We tried a newer one but same brand. No issues with over heating. Had it for a few months now. I think they fixed the problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No problems for me. Have had mine a few weeks. Last night baked potatoes for 4 minutes then put steamer veggies in on high for 10 minutes. total of 14 minutes with only a 60 second break between uses. Awesome microwave
