you need to call the manufacturer. how would anyone else know but them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did not have that situation at all, mine either blows in or exhausts out....all the way across the front. it's probably a manufacturers issue. I would return it or reach out to the manufacturer. Best Buy should be willing to make this right for you.
