I have owned 2 PB01 massagers. They are the smaller ones. I had to return the first one because I lost the charging cable and even though it is a type C connection and you have to use the one it came with. I tried multiple other type C cables and unfortunately they did not work. My theory was correct. On my newest one again I misplaced the charging cable and tried multiple as alternate cable and they do not work even though they fit. Morale of the story is, don’t loose the charging cable.
