The item will run for approximately 1 hour on a full charge. The device cannot be used while charging. Thank you
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I never received my order. Best Buy’s unprofessional delivery company they use never delivered my product which was a Christmas gift. With numerous calls to Best Buy’s 800 number did nothing to resolve this issue and offered no help. I’m extremely disappointed in Best Buy and how they handled my issue. Showing no willingness to help has left my with a decision to order from a different company in the future. There are many other companies out there to purchase your online products from and an unwillingness to help resolve my issues has steered me to purchase from another company who cares about their customers
