Does it massage both the top and bottom of the feet ? null

No, it massages the bottom of your feet, but it compresses the entire foot. I have a place on the top of my foot that hurts so badly at times it feels like it's broken. I have found the compression works wonders for this. I have several problems with my feet (structural defects, plantar fasciitis, severe swelling). This has been a game changer for me. I love it so much I bought one for my parents.

The bottom. It has air bags that expand over the top and sides.
