• A:Answer No. They are waiting on the manufacturer. They aren't sold out of the pre orders. Just check back periodically.

• A:Answer I'm guessing they haven't initiated pre-order yet. I checked Amazon and they also don't have pre-orders for physical yet. Other stores don't even have it showing on their stock listing yet. I'm asking around about it because I'm also trying to pre-order the physical edition this time around.
