• It doesn’t work as a hearing aid because it will only deliver whatever sound, music, voices etc, are being streamed via Bluetooth. Ambient sounds and voices are not amplified like a hearing aid. Hope that helps!

• The device has to connect to a Bluetooth source such as your phone, TV, portable speaker, etc. I wish they could be used as a hearing aid because I wear them.
