• Hey there! Depending on how Aeropex Mini fits your head, the headband should not move too much as you enjoy your HIIT workouts. The ear loops should fit snugly over your ears, therefore, reducing the amount of movability when jumping up and down, etc.

• Yes, I use them for HIIT workouts and I’m a sweaty mess and they stay in place great. I went with the mini so the band doesn’t flop around on the back of my head.
