In my limited testing with a client who wears hearing aids, these are definitely good for people with hearing issues. Paired with an app on your phone, you could theoretically use these and a smartphone as a budget set of bluetooth hearing aids.

However, if you're hard of hearing, I'd recommend not listening to something else (via headphones or otherwise) if you're actively having a conversation.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I bought a set about a month ago and they have been my every day companion, I prefer them instead of headphones, I have tinnitus and I feel bone conduction earphones are a lot better because the sound doesn’t go directly into my ear canal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had purchased the 90$ in the past and loved them. So i figured themore expensive should be better but i was sadly mistaken. The 190$ version of this headset is terrible for talking on the phone will change volume at random, the charging port is cool and listening to music for the most part is clear. In all honesty the app is pointless. Save the money and buy the 90$ version they were excellent for talking on the phone music was ok but phone was excellent.
