- Answer Noise-canceling cancels most of the noise around you. Active noise canceling earbuds use phase inversion to delay one of the two different sound wavelengths that come your way. This delay lasts about half a second, and it's responsible for muting background noises and improving the audio sounds in your ears. - Answer I use this for work and the audio quality for phone and video calls has been good. Also does a decent job of blocking out background noise with the Mic, even though it doesn't seem to advertise a noise cancelling Mic.

- Answer Hello- Shokz here! Having at least a 1-inch gap between your head and the headband is normal. Some customers find that the OpenRun Mini provides a more snug fit and less stress on the back of the ears. - Answer Hello- Shokz here! The OpenRun does not have a mute button on the device. They would have to be muted within the program being used. However, the OpenComm2 UC does have a mute button on the headset and is designed to be used in online meetings.
