Our headphones are not hearing devices; however we do have customers who use them to assist with hearing, usually by pairing the headphones to their phone and accessing a hearing aid app like Petralex, Ear Spy, Ear Trumpet, or Hear You Now. Q: QuestionI listen to YouTube videos on iOS devices at 1.5 to 2x speed. Will these pause video playback at that speed? I have other Bluetooth headphones including older versions of Shokz, and they won’t pause playback for anything faster than the default 1x speed.

The Shokz OpenSwim Pro and older Bluetooth headphones are not the cause of playback pausing; the pause is a user-controlled action to stop the video. Q: QuestionI have an older pair of Shokz that I can use while having ear plugs inserted. Do these work with earplugs? I run heavy, loud machinery and need to protect my hearing while listening to music. I tried earplugs with my Runpros and the sound is muffled.
