Yes you can by an unlocked phone but you need to buy a SIM card for it to work with Simple Mobile as well as the $25 card. The SIM card is $1
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can get a phone that works on this plan and is an Android phone for about 60.00 but I do not think it is unlocked as it is specific to this plan, I have had no issues with mine and have had it for a year, for the price it is great
